We are pleased to announce that abstract submissions and travel grant applications are now open.
Abstract Submissions: DEADLINE TO APPLY: 15 February 2026
We welcome submissions for both oral presentations and poster sessions covering all aspects of bear research, ecology, conservation, and management.
Travel Grants: DEADLINE TO APPLY: 21 April 2026
Travel grants are available to support a combination of lodging, registration fees, and/or lunches during the conference. Please note that funding is limited, with priority given to presenting attendees and applicants who have not previously received a travel grant.
Registration: Early-bird pricing in effect until 1 June 2026.
